A trailing n-row sliding window — OVER n ROWS — equivalent to SQL's ROWS BETWEEN n-1 PRECEDING AND CURRENT ROW. The per-partition buffer never exceeds n rows, so a bounded frame is materialisation-safe over an unbounded input.
