A sliding / cumulative aggregate over an Operand argument — the same AggregateOperator + Operand pair used by γ. Only SUM, AVG, COUNT, MIN, MAX are valid in a window (validated by RelAlgebraValidator); COLLECT, ARGMAX, ARGMIN are not.
